Gorsh Named NCCAA DII Student-Athlete of the Week
Mason Gorsh, a Junior guard on the Faith men's basketball team has earned NCCAA Student-Athlete of the Week honors for the first time in his career.
Gorsh was a main contributor to the Eagles 3-0 week, averaging 27.3 PPG (52% FG and 3PT), 3.3 SPG, and 3 RPG all while playing just 23.3 minutes per game. With wins over FLBC, Barclay, and #4 ranked Manhattan, Faith is 2-0 in MCCC play and 7-2 on the young season. The Eagles are on a 6 game win streak and have scored 90 or more points in their last five games. The Eagles will finish the semester gainst North Region opponents, Oak Hills Christian College and #6 Crown College on December 12-13th.
