The Eagles took time to get going in the first set, trailing 4-0 early on. Faith made a push to catch up, but the first set went the Beaver's way and they took a 1-0 lead in the match.
The next two sets started in more in the Eagles' favor as Faith jumped out to early leads and stayed in each set, but Buena Vista handled every challenge the Eagles sent their way and walked out with a 3-0 victory on the day.
The Eagles have plenty to take away from Tuesday's match against a challenging opponent as they enter a stretch that includes three North Region opponents and the beginning of MCCC play.
