Eagles Complete Season Sweep Over FLBC
Plymouth, MN -- Faith volleyball traveled to Minnesota for their third and final clash with FLBC this season, coming away with the 3-0 victory.
The Eagles recorded 36 kills from 11 different players, and once again all rostered players had the opportunity to play in Tuesday's match against the Conquerors.
Faith got off to a slower start in the first set, finding themselves trailing 5-9 before going on a six point swing that gave them the lead they would not give back up, leading to the eventual 25-20 set win.
The second and third sets were all Faith as the Eagles jumped to big leads and ran away with 25-11 and 25-17 set wins. Qwynn Nerem and Victoria Nerem led the charge with excellent serving, while Ellie Cooper and Belle Wirges combined for 15 kills. Morgan Fincham added 5 kills and 4 solo blocks to help bring home the victory.
