Ankeny, IA -- Faith women's volleyball stayed undefeated on the week as they took away three wins at the Faith Classic.

The Eagles entered the weekend fast and furious, kicking things off with a 5 set thriller against #5 Crown on Friday.
In a reverse of the first time the teams met, Faith took the victory with a season high 66 kills, 46 of those coming from the trio of Ellie Cooper, Codie Wirges, and Victoria Nerem. In the fifth set, the Eaglse stormed out to a 5-0 lead before running away with the 15-4 win to seal the match.
The Eagles moved on for a decisive three set sweep of Maranatha, with all 15 players seeing the court, and an even attack spread throughout the night. Eight players recorded kills on the night and Faith served up 12 aces on their way to the win.
Day two saw a rematch against North Central, a team that Faith had won 3-1 against earlier in the season. With exception of a 16-25 loss in the second set, the Eagles left no doubt in their 3-1 victory over the Rams. Codie Wirges once again led the Eagles with 17 kills, bringing her weekend total to 39. Qwynn Nerem finished out the weekend with 94 assists, and the Eagles moved to 9-3 on the season.
