2025 Women's Soccer Season Review
Ankeny, IA -- Faith women's soccer had a season of rebuilding, growing as a team and battling together in 2025
Faith brought in a large group of newcomers to integrate into their roster, battling through the season with a mix of veteran experience and young talent. The Eagles played a couple of tight matches before finding their first wins early in the season against Eureka and Spurgeon. In October, Faith hit the road to take on Maranatha and earned the shutout victory against the Sabercats, marking their 6th straight win in the series. The Eagles found another thrilling victory at home, as they earned the Senior Day victory over Spurgeon in a comeback fashion.
Faith entered postseason with a 5-6-2 record, and came into the North Region tournament as the #1 seed. The Eagles faced Crown in the Championship match and although they put their best foot forward, an early goal from their opponents held until the end and the Eagles closed out their season as the North Region Runner-up.
