Coming into the match having played each other once already, both teams brought their adjusted gameplans and played evenly through the first twenty minures. Faith spread the field well offensively and the Warriors put high pressure on the midfield area, leading to no solid scoring opportunities until close to ten minutes in when David Garcia III broke away and nearly netted his first goal of the season. Around the 20 minute mark, the Eagles earned a free kick, leading to Andre Quintana scoring the first goal of the day. From there the game was all Eagles as Faith would score three more goals in the first half, coming from Cody Clark, Parker Lundberg, and Josiah Koplin.
The second half saw just two goals from the Eagles, as Austin Lundberg scored midway through the half, and Noah Blomquist sent home the final goal of the day. Enzo Pileggi and Zeke Denger split their time in goal, combining for three saves as they helped secure the third straight shutout for the team, and the season sweep over the warriors.
