Assistant Athletic Director

Bio

Zack Barron serves as Associate Athletic Director and Head Women’s Soccer Coach at Faith Baptist Bible College. Since arriving in 2019, Barron has played a key role in the growth of the athletic department while building the women’s soccer program into a nationally competitive team.

Under his leadership, the Eagles have advanced to the NCCAA Division II Women’s Soccer National Tournament twice and have established new program standards for success. Barron is the winningest coach in program history and led the program to a school-record 13 wins in a single season. He has also coached six All-Americans, highlighting the sustained progress and competitive consistency of the program during his tenure.

Barron’s coaching philosophy is shaped by his previous playing and coaching experience, emphasizing discipline, development, and Christ-centered team culture.

In addition to his coaching responsibilities, Barron contributes to the department through administrative leadership, supporting the continued development of Faith’s athletic programs.

Barron and his wife, Katie, have two children, Luke and Emma, and are actively involved in ministry while investing in the lives of student-athletes on and off the field.
