The Lady Eagles are looking to continue the momentum gained from last season which was characterized by steady improvement throughout the year. Last season ended with a close loss to North Central in the region final. Matching that success will be a tough challenge as the Eagles are a relatively inexperienced team. New players will have to step up after losing five starters from last year's squad including All-American goalie, Laura Fowler . Coach Shon Lundberg is in his second year of coaching the Lady Eagles.
Despite the challenges, attitudes are upbeat and expectations are on the rise among those working with the program. Excitement is building as individual skill and team play is improving daily.
